Earlier today, Amazon experienced some issues with their cloud servers that forced our games into unexpected downtime that was outside of our control.
We will be sending out a gift pack to players affected by this morning’s outage to help recover any progress you may have lost. Watch your in-game messages for this soon.
If the downtime resulted in any reverted payments or Gold purchases, please click the “Contact Support” link at the bottom of your game window to submit a support ticket, and a Battlehouse Support Agent will walk you through the process of getting your Gold back to you.
