This week Thunder Run, Days of Valor, Mars Frontier, War Star Empire, and Battlefront Mars all feature a Clan / Alliance Tournament, followed by the opening of brand new PvP Seasons!
From September 28 – October 5, rally your Clan or Alliance and head to the regional map for your chance to be the strongest Clan or Alliance of the Season!
Tournaments end on October 5th, 2017 at 1700 GMT, at which point winners will be announced, prizes awarded, and leaderboards will be reset for the new season.
The new seasons will begin immediately after the end of the tournament. The following changes are planned:

All blueprint-based units now feature upgradable Mine Shield stats. Unlock this stat to Level 3 to add 15% damage resistance against landmines, meaning that units will take 15% less damage than usual when hit by mine blasts.

New this week in Thunder Run and Days of Valor:
Unlock the latest new unit to power your mobile battalions! The Elite Stryker has undergone DVH and ECP upgrade programs, adding thicker Double V-Hull protective armor and a new 450-horsepower engine for greater mobility. Plus, stronger surface-to-surface firepower rounds it out as a superior light armored vehicle.
Stats for Levels 1 and 15 below:
Correction Sept 26: an earlier version of this image showed the Elite Stryker having some effectiveness vs. air units. This is incorrect; like most other armor units, the Elite Stryker is not able to hit flying targets.

Upgrade your leaders to higher levels more quickly using new research and training speed enhancements on your Leader Academy and Leader Barracks.
In addition to all existing bonuses, these enhancements improve upgrade times by 4% when at maximum level.
Just look for the new “+” buttons on the building’s View Stats (Upgrade) menu:

Got extra ONP that you can’t spend this week?
After a successful test run in DoV, the option to convert ONP into Hardware in the Event Prizes Store returns in both games.
Just look for the “Hardware” category at the far right-hand side of Event Prizes:
The conversion rate is 2 Hardware per ONP, which is the same rate you get from Obsolete ONP after the event week is over. (As before, after the end of this event, any ONP in your Warehouse will automatically convert into Obsolete ONP, which can still be traded in for Hardware at the 2:1 rate).
