TR: Kill Point Competition, Voice of the Commander Updates – January 14th Patch Notes

This week in Thunder Run:

Camp Kill Points Tournament!

Tournament Rules:

From January 14th – January 21st, head to the regional map and feast on Mandel camps in an effort to reach the Top 10 of the ‘Kill Points’ weekly leaderboard.

The top 10 players on the ‘Kill Points’ weekly leaderboard at 17:00 GMT on January 21st will receive the following prizes:

  • 1st Place (Grand Prize): 2,000 gold, a turret or unit blueprint of your choosing, a turret or unit blueprint of a friend’s choosing to gift to a friend, and 3x Field Repair Kits
  • 2nd Place: 1,000 Gold and 2x Field Repair Kits
  • 3rd Place: 600 Gold and 1x Field Repair Kit
  • 4th-10th Place: 300 Gold and 1x Field Repair Kit

Tournaments end on January 21st, 2021 at 17:00 GMT, at which point winners will be announced, and prizes awarded.

New this week in Thunder Run:

Welcome to Season 21!

Welcome to Season 21! Going into the new season, all Leaderboards and PvP Points are reset, meaning that it’s a fresh start for YOUR Clan to be the new the dominating Clan of Gundar, and win the Seasonal Clan Tournament Grand Prize of 10,000 Gold for your Clan at the end of the Season in 3 months from now. Does your Clan have what it takes?

New “Thunder Dome” map

Welcome to the Thunder Dome, Commander! This season, only the new “Thunder Dome” map will be ladder-enabled. So if you want PvP Points, this is the map for you!

The Thunder Dome requires a TOC6 or higher to enter, and will be anti-alt and anti-VPN. Should you move out of the Thunder Dome at any point, any accumulated PvP Points will be lost.

Get ready to rumble in the dome, Commander!

L26 Stinger Turret Upgrades

And that’s not all, Commander! Our engineers just had a breakthrough on our Stinger Turrets, and they can now be made stronger than ever. The Stinger Turret level cap has been increased to Level 26!

To unlock it, purchase the Stinger Turret Blueprints from the ONP Store, research the tech in your Weapons Lab, and then Equip the new Weapon to one of your Turret Platforms!
