Heads up, Martians! A new map for experienced players has opened. Restricted to Central Computer level 6+ and players who have been in game for six months or more.
This new sector is much like the Thunder Dome recently introduced to Thunder Run. As such, it will be anti-alt and anti-VPN. Should you move out of the Highlands at any point, any accumulated PvP Points will be lost.
Next season, only the new “Highlands” map will be ladder-enabled. So if you want PvP Points, this is the map for you!
Let the Highland games begin!

If you have any suggestions or feedback you’d like to share, please let us know over the “battlefront-mars”channel within our Thunder Run Discord Server.
Hey Commanders! The Logistics Dispatch has received some upgrades! Starting at TOC L6, you can upgrade your Logistics Dispatch all the way to level 8.
Each new level of the Logistics Dispatch increases the dispatch speed and increases the size of the dispatch rewards. From L2+ the Logistics Dispatch can retrieve Hardware, though this is a very time-consuming operation.
And that’s not all, Commander! All dispatches now receive double the old rewards. Supply dispatches are now available more frequently.
The L2+ Logistics Dispatch center is available today, but you may have noticed that the increased rewards have been around for a couple of days.
If you have any suggestions about this, or any general feedback you’d like to share, please let us know over the “days-of-valor” channel within our Thunder Run Discord Server.
To see where the design team currently stands on various Community suggested features and game improvements, check out the Days of Valor Voice of the Commander Tracker (tracker will receive some clean-up and updates to formatting in the very near future).

This week we’re rolling out an update thanks to your suggestions that you’ve brought forth to us via the Voice of the Commander Trackers.
Specifically, players can expect to see new rewards for this week’s event.
Sapphire Tokens were added with the TOC17 update, but no rewards were available other than converting them to Emerald. This has changed. Now you can buy repair kits, field repair kits, and 1 day shields.
These will take many victories to acquire, so fight well, Commander! We are eager for feedback on these rewards and are very willing to adjust costs, durations, and numbers.
If you have any ideas, suggestions, or any general feedback, we’d love it if you can make your voices heard on our “firestrike” channel within our TR Discord Server.

“Friends Bar” Changes
Due to the changes in the Facebook API, all friend recruitment quests haven’t been working as intended. We’ve decided to disable these quests. If you completed one of these quests, you should see an achievement in the Legacy category:
“Congrats on being such a friendly person!”
For all Facebook games: you will no longer see the friend bar if you have no Facebook friends in game. If you still have the friend bar, you will no longer be prompted or be able to add new friends, but you can still send & receives gifts to the friends that you already have.
Firestrike is not affected as it primarily uses the Battlehouse login system.
Thunder Run players using the Kongregate platform are not affected.
Battlefront Mars players using the Battlehouse login system are not affected.
In the future, we do plan on bringing back the “friends” bar, but more as a “clan bar.” We’re open to player feedback on how they’d like to see this implemented.
If you have any suggestions about this, or any general feedback you’d like to share, please let us know over on our Thunder Run Discord Server.
Please also let players know that longer term we plan to bring the “friends bar” back as a “clan bar”, and are open to player feedback on best ways to execute that.)
